At Coezee, we want you to love every piece you bring into your space. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
To start a return, email us at info@choplyns.store with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Used or damaged items not due to our error

Clearance or final sale items

Custom or personalized products
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection:

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at info@choplyns.store
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:

Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary)

Then contact your bank
If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@choplyns.store
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
